Strong fundraising starts with strong people. We offer structured, practical training for fundraising teams — building the skills, confidence, and clarity that translate directly into better results.
For leadership teams, we help set realistic expectations around fundraising investment, so decision-makers can plan with confidence and back their teams effectively. We also work with trustees, helping them move beyond uncertainty to become genuine fundraising champions — comfortable making asks and actively engaged with your supporters.
And when individuals need more focused support, our one-to-one mentoring provides the personalised guidance to help them grow — benefiting not just the person, but the whole team around them.

Strategy Development
A fundraising strategy worth having doesn't happen overnight. It needs to reflect who you are, where you're headed, and what you're truly capable of.
We work with you to get there — developing a case for support that speaks with clarity and conviction, and a budget that grounds your ambitions in achievable, well-reasoned targets. It's a process that brings your leadership, trustees, and fundraising team into alignment, so everyone understands not just what you're raising, but why it matters and how you'll get there.
Strategy done well isn't just a document. It's a decision to take fundraising seriously.
Donor Development
Great fundraising is about more than asking — it's about building relationships that last.
We bring detailed expertise to every stage of the donor journey. From acquisition planning that identifies and reaches the right supporters, to stewardship and cultivation strategies that strengthen commitment over time, we help your organisation create the conditions for lasting generosity. Gifts in wills, communication plans, donor engagement — each element is considered, connected, and designed to work as part of a coherent whole.
Because donors who feel valued don't just give once. They give for life.
“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.”
– Steve Jobs
about sally
Twenty years in the non-profit sector has a way of sharpening your instincts. I've had the privilege of working with some of the most recognisable names in the non-profit world — including Mencap, Wood Green, Animal Aid and PETA — and through it all, one thing has stayed constant: a genuine belief in the power of organisations that exist to do good.
I'm a fundraiser at heart. I look for potential where others might see obstacles, and I find real satisfaction in helping remarkable organisations grow into everything they're capable of being.
In 2024, I made a deliberate choice to bring that experience closer to home. Now based in Worcestershire, I work with local groups doing extraordinary things quietly, and often without the resources they deserve. The scale may be different — but the commitment is exactly the same.
And when the working day is done? I'm happiest surrounded by cats. The more, the better.
